UNHEARD tells the story of Jay, a young man haunted by childhood trauma at the hands of a trusted adult woman.

Years later, he finally finds the strength to report the abuse only to be ignored and dismissed by the very institutions meant to protect him.

Told with raw emotional realism and set in present day UK, UNHEARD sheds light on the unique stigma faced by male survivors of sexual abuse, particularly when the perpetrator is female.

The film confronts cultural bias, institutional failure, and the isolating silence survivors often endure.
